How to restore deleted videos and photos by adding a mobile phone?

If you use a one-plus-one mobile phone and the photo album pictures/videos are lost, we suggest that you check it according to the following methods:

Go to file management > mobile phone storage > DCIM (or the corresponding atlas path) to see if there are any corresponding files:

1. If the corresponding file is displayed, please restart your phone and re-enter the photo album. If you still can't display the picture, please follow the following solution.

Solution 1:

Open the file management application, click the three points in the upper right corner, enter the settings, and open the "Show hidden files function".

Solution 2:

1, download "ES file browser".

2. Open the "Show hidden files" option in the "es file browser" settings.

3. Find the DCIM and DCIM/Camera directories and delete ".". "nomedia" file in the directory.

Second, if there is no corresponding file to display, refer to the following methods:

1. To confirm whether it was deleted by mistake, you can go to Album > Atlas > Recently Deleted for viewing (private files cannot be found and recovered after being deleted by mistake);

2. Confirm whether the picture/video is saved in the SD card and whether the picture/video disappears due to the removal of the SD card;

3. Whether the picture/video is set to private can be viewed in the private safe;

4. go to mobile phone file management > mobile phone storage, find the directory of lost files, and inquire whether to display pictures/videos;

5. Confirm whether there is any operation to exit Huantai account before, and select "Delete local personal data". It is recommended that you log in to the corresponding Huantai account for recovery;

6. Confirm whether more than one mobile phone is logged into the account, and deleting pictures/videos of other mobile phones will result in simultaneous deletion;

7. Try cloud backup recovery. If backup data was hosted in the cloud before, it can be restored through the cloud.

Tips:

① If the mobile phone system upgrade has just been completed, please wait for a while before checking whether it is displayed. If it is not displayed, I suggest you restart your phone and try to recover.

② If you have backed up the data, it is recommended to download and restore the backup file.
