You can check the authenticity in the following ways:

1. Mobile phone website query: (The network needs to be kept open)

Premise: the network access license needs to be kept intact, and the license number and scrambling code need to be found on the license.

After logging in to wap.tenaa.com.cn with a browser and entering the page, click the authenticity query, select the province in the new window, enter the license number on the network access license, and then click Next. Enter the IMEI number in the column of mobile phone serial number, and enter the scrambling code on the network access license in the column of scrambling code, and click Verify.

2. Computer-side website query

Premise: the network access license needs to be kept intact, and the license number and scrambling code need to be found on the license.

(1) Enter the website address: wap.tenaa.com.cn, enter the page and click to enter the authenticity query.

(2) On the authenticity query page, select the province, enter the license number, and then click Next.

(3) Enter the scrambling code on the network access license in the scrambling code box, and enter the IMEI number in the IMEI number box of the mobile phone (the inquiry and use methods of scrambling code and IMEI number are as follows), and click Verify.

(4) Verification result: the system prompts that the logo information is true! Explain that the mobile phone is a real machine.

3. Huawei member APP query: (need to keep the network open)

Premise: the network access license needs to be kept intact, and the license number and scrambling code need to be found on the license.

(1) Click the member service APP on the mobile phone interface.

(2) After entering the page, click more buttons of the quick service.

(3) Click authentication in the quick service interface.

(4) Click to enter the telecom equipment network management website for query.

(5) Click on the authenticity query.

(6) Select a specific province and enter the license number.

(7) Enter the scrambling code in the mobile phone serial number box for verification.

Note: SN code and IMEI query: Enter *#06# in the dialing interface to query SN code and IMEI code.
