Forgot the password, can't get the verification code on the mobile phone number?

If you forget your pin login password, you can use authentication methods such as Alipay account number and auxiliary email address to retrieve your account number safely and quickly in case of forgetting your password or losing your mobile phone:

1. If the mobile phone is logged in and the mobile phone card is used normally, you can log out in My-Settings, click Forgot Password in the login interface, and follow the interface prompts;

2. If you forget your password, your mobile phone number is lost, and you can't receive the verification code, you can change the verification method according to the prompt to get your password back. (At present, it supports binding email, face recognition and Alipay real-name authentication. );

3. If the login interface is locked due to incorrect password input for many times, please wait 15-30 minutes and try again;
