What if the printer sends a task and doesn't print it?

If it is a parallel port or USB cable, it can be eliminated by replacing it. If it is network printing, you can use the PING command to test whether the network cable is connected by observing the network port indicator light.

The solution for the printer to send a task without printing is to open the "control panel" of the computer first. Click the Hardware and Sound option and select Devices and Printers at the top. Right-click the printer and click the Properties option.
