1. From 7: 00 to 10 every day, from 15 to 20: 00 (currently from 16 to 19: 00), passenger cars with motor vehicle license plates, passenger cars with temporary driving license plates, taxis without passengers and passenger cars driven by drivers in other provinces and cities are prohibited from following.

On April 8, 20 16, Shanghai Public Security Bureau adjusted the restricted area, restricted scope and restricted time of foreign cards in Shanghai according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety. On April 16, 20 15, the Shanghai foreign card restriction was implemented.

From 7: 00 to 10 every day, from 15 to 20: 00 (currently from 16 to 19: 00), passenger cars with motor vehicle license plates, passenger cars with temporary driving license plates, taxis without passengers and passenger cars driven by drivers in other provinces and cities are prohibited from following.

Shanghai wild card quota range

(1) Yan 'an elevated road (east of S20);

(2) North-South Elevated Road (Huma Road to Luban Interchange);

(3) Yixian elevated road (the whole line);

(4) Humin Elevated Road (full line);

(5) Central Road (the whole line);

(6) Huaxia Elevated Road (full line);

(7) Luoshan Elevated Road (the whole line);

(eight) the resort elevated road (center road to Xiupu section);

(9) Inner Ring Elevated Road (except the sections from the entrance of Zhongshan North Second Road in the inner ring to the exit of Jinxiu Road and the entrance of Jinxiu Road in the outer ring to the exit of Huangxing Road);

(x) nanpu bridge;

(1 1) Lupu Bridge;

(12) Yan 'an East Road Tunnel.

Two, on the viaduct (urban expressway) not listed in this notice, the traffic management measures taken for the above passenger cars shall be implemented in accordance with the traffic signs and markings set on the road.

Three, in violation of the provisions of this notice, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall be punished according to the laws and regulations of road traffic safety.

IV. This notice shall come into force on April 20 1516.

It is understood that the main differences between this new regulation and the Notice implemented on April 5, 20 15 are as follows: First, the time limit is extended. The time limit in the morning is unchanged from 7: 00 to 10, and the time limit in the afternoon is extended by one hour from 15 to 20: 00 respectively. Second, the number of restricted vehicles has increased. Passenger cars with temporary number plates have been added to the restricted vehicles. Third, the scope of restrictions has expanded. New Luoshan Elevated Road (full line), Yixian Road Elevated Road Elevated Road (full line), Resort Elevated Road (Zhonghuan Road-Xiupu Road), nanpu bridge and Yan 'an East Road Tunnel will be added, and the north section of North-South Elevated Road will extend from Central to Huma Road.

In addition, the Shanghai police reminded the public that since April 20 16 10, motor vehicles using temporary driving license plates issued by public security organs in other provinces and cities are not allowed to drive within the outer ring road of this city (including the outer ring road). If a car with a foreign license plate enters the area within the outer ring of Shanghai, 3 points will be deducted for violating the prohibition sign and 200 yuan will be fined.
