What is the signature priority of SMS signature?

Zhejiang China Unicom’s contact signature is the highest level in the system. For example, if a user puts friend A into both the contact signature and the group signature, when the user sends a message to a group user, friend A receives it. The signature content is the signature content of the contact. (Note: When group and default coexist, the group has the highest priority.)
