Foca cannot be used for the following reasons:

1. Card not opened (card purchase fee not paid).

2. Fuka (beginning with 0 168) handled before 2008 needs to be handled at Xiushui Business Department from 9: 00 am to 7: 30 pm/kloc-0 on weekdays. (You need to bring your old card and original ID card).

3. The focal card is degaussed or damaged (customers need to go to the focal card sales outlets with the original focal card and ID card. See the formalities for details).

4. The customer entered the wrong password more than the limit, resulting in the card being locked. Beijing customers need to hold Fuka and my ID card to unlock at any outlet on weekdays, which can be solved at that time; It will take one working day for foreign users to send Fuka's front and back photos and ID cards to the customer service mailbox to unlock them.
