Use Internet Shield in " Service Management"-"Security Protection"-"SMS Password" self-service activation of the SMS password function.

2. If you have not applied for the Industrial Bank Personal Internet Banking Network Shield, you cannot activate the SMS password function by yourself. You need to apply at any Industrial Bank branch.

3. When logging into personal online banking to apply for an Industrial e-card, you must activate the SMS password function at the same time; when applying for an Industrial e-card with a credit card, the SMS password function will be automatically activated, and the bound mobile phone number is the cardholder’s latest account in Industrial Bank. Saved mobile phone number.

Credit card

The system is activated by default, and the bound mobile phone number is the latest mobile phone number retained by the credit card holder in Industrial Bank.

Notes

1. The external payment referred to in the SMS password includes transfer and remittance, payment, online payment, mobile payment, etc.

2. Use the network shield to query, activate, and close the SMS password function. If you do not use the network shield, you can only query the SMS password function.

3. When activating the SMS password function by yourself, Industrial Bank will send a one-time SMS verification code to the contracted mobile phone number to complete the self-service activation.

4. When the SMS password function is turned off, Industrial Bank will send a one-time SMS verification code to the original contracted mobile phone number to complete the shutdown.
