1. All tin-coming and tin-returning personnel should declare independently through the tin-entering declaration system in advance, apply for a "personal doorbell code" and fill in relevant information truthfully. Foreigners who want to return to tin should take public transport with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

2. All personnel who come to tin and return to tin need to carry out "3 days and 3 inspections" after arriving in tin. Personnel who enter tin through "two stops and one field" and drivers and passengers in areas with epidemic risk who enter tin through highway checkpoints conduct "landing inspection" on the spot; If tin is injected through other routes, 1 nucleic acid detection should be carried out within 12 hours on the day of tin arrival. Subsequent 1 nucleic acid detection needs to be completed every day.

3. If the initial detection is not completed within 12 hours after the arrival of tin, and the routine nucleic acid detection is not completed within 3 days after the arrival of tin, a "personal doorbell code" will pop up to remind you to carry out the nucleic acid detection as soon as possible, and it can be released after the detection is completed.

Four, all kinds of market entities should earnestly fulfill their main responsibilities, strictly implement the doorbell code scanning, inspection of travel cards, health codes, and implement control measures as required for those who display abnormalities. If the implementation is not in place, it will be dealt with seriously by the competent department of industry according to the law.

5. All tin-coming and tin-returning personnel should standardize personal protection, strictly fulfill the responsibility of tin-entering declaration and health management, and carry out nucleic acid testing as required. Those who fail to fulfill the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control and violate the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control in our city, resulting in the risk of epidemic spread, will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

6. Jiangyin City and Yixing City jointly implemented the above measures, starting from 0: 00 on October 25th, 2022. Follow-up according to the epidemic situation and prevention and control requirements for dynamic adjustment.
