Hello, at present, the mobile phone number of our personal savings card is divided into SMS notification mobile phone number, card opening reserved mobile phone number, pocket bank mobile phone number and security authentication mobile phone number. Different mobile phone numbers are modified in different ways.

A, SMS notification mobile phone number modification:

1. Personal Banking: Please log in to the Personal Banking APP and click "All → Assistant → SMS Notification → Maintenance/Cancellation" to modify the mobile phone number of SMS notification, the initial amount of SMS notification, whether to display the balance and payment account.

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Security → Message Service → Modify" to modify the mobile phone number of SMS notification, the initial amount of SMS notification and whether to display the balance. (K-treasure or K-list needs to be verified)

3. Counter: Please bring the cardholder's valid ID and debit card notified by signing SMS to any ABC outlet in China for modification.

Second, personal mobile phone number change:

1. Zhang Yin: If you use personal Zhang Yin version 6.0, you can click "My-Security Center-Login Settings-Login Mobile Phone Number" in the lower right corner, and then click "Add" in the upper right corner, and enter the newly added mobile phone number (which cannot be registered in ICBC Zhang Yin) to obtain the verification code. After verification, you can log in to Zhang Yin with the newly added mobile phone number.

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, click "Security → Mobile Number → Pocket Banking", click "Add", enter the mobile phone number to be added, and pass the security tool authentication; After adding, select the old mobile phone number to be deleted again, and click "Delete" to complete the modification of Zhang Yin's login mobile phone number.

3. Counter: Since the mobile phone number bound to the personal bank account involves account funds and the use safety of mobile banking, if you need to modify the number, please bring your valid ID card and bank card to any branch of our bank or log in to personal online banking.

Tips:

1. Keep at least one mobile phone number bound to mobile banking. A mobile phone number can only be bound once. If it is already bound, it cannot be bound again.

2. Only bound mobile phone numbers can log in to mobile banking, and each customer can bind up to 3 mobile phone numbers.

3. Binding mobile phone number cannot be empty, and it must be 1 1 digit.

3. Modification of reserved mobile phone number for card opening: Please bring your valid ID card, bank card and the mobile phone you need to use [purpose: get verification code] to any branch of our bank for processing.

Four, security authentication mobile phone number modification:

If you are a first-generation KBao customer, please bring your valid ID card and the bank card of any registered account of electronic banking to any branch of our bank to modify the mobile phone number of security authentication.

If you are a second-generation KBao or KLing customer, please log in to personal online banking and click "Security → Mobile Number → Security Authentication" to modify it. Verify the K-treasure or K-list when modifying.

Modification of reserved mobile phone number for credit card account opening:

1. Please bring your valid ID card and credit card to any branch of China Agricultural Bank to apply for amendment.

2. Call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695599, switch to manual service, and modify the reserved mobile phone number for account opening.

3. If you are a registered customer of online banking, please log in to personal online banking, click "Credit Card → Settings → Personal Information → Modify", and modify the reserved mobile phone number for account opening through the "Mobile Phone Number" menu.

4. If you are a registered customer of Zhang Yin, please log in to Zhang Yin APP, click "Credit Card → Settings → Data Management → Personal Information", and modify the reserved mobile phone number for account opening through the "Mobile Phone Number" menu.
