Hello, the Huawei P30 I bought keeps ringing, and there is nothing after opening it. How to eliminate the prompt sound?

1. First, drop down the menu key to switch the ringtone to mute, or turn on the phone settings to modify the volume and turn off the ringtone, as shown in the figure below, and then go to the next step.

2. Secondly, after completing the above steps, open the settings, find the sound option and click enter, as shown in the figure below, and then enter the next step.

3. Finally, after completing the above steps, turn on the switch behind the "mute" option and turn off the prompt tone, as shown in the figure below. In this way, the problem is solved.
