How should parents reply to the teacher when the child is in trouble at school?

Say to the teacher: we are very grateful to the teacher for his hard work and patient education for our children. I hope teachers will make persistent efforts to encourage children and stimulate their interest, potential and spirit of struggle. I also hope that teachers will contact us more and report their situation so that we can better cooperate with your education work.

For children: pretend not to know, never ask the teacher directly, and don't blame. Doing so will be counterproductive.
