Second, the daily health punch card

Except for returning to school, all students should try to avoid cross-regional mobility. If it is really necessary to move across regions, they should report to their college in time and take personal protection.

Third, the principle of returning to school.

In order to restore the normal teaching order in the school, all students should follow the principle of "doing everything possible" and report back to school within the specified time. Students who can't report back to school on time due to the following special circumstances need to go through the leave formalities with their college in advance. For students who have not gone through the leave formalities, the college should contact the students themselves and their parents one by one. Students who go through the leave formalities should ensure that their mobile phones are unblocked and keep in touch with counselors. When they meet the requirements of returning to school, they should apply to their college and report back to school according to the arrangement of the school after approval.

1. Students diagnosed as COVID-19 cases or suspected cases or asymptomatic infections should be treated and isolated for medical observation according to the requirements of local health departments. After being able to flow in an orderly manner, provide a negative report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, apply to the college where you work, and report back to school according to the arrangement of the school after approval.

2. Students who have close contact with confirmed, suspected cases or asymptomatic infected persons within 2 1 day before returning to school shall be isolated and provide a negative report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, apply to their college, and report back to school according to the school arrangement after approval.

3. Students in districts and cities where high-risk areas are located are temporarily absent from classes, and they can apply for returning to school only after the whole region has turned into a low-risk area for 2 1 day.

4. Students who have had contact with overseas returnees who have not completed isolation within 2 1 day before returning to school, and provide negative reports of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours after isolation, apply to their college, and report back to school according to the arrangement of the school after approval.

5. Students who have lived in high-risk areas within 2 1 day before returning to school will not come to school for the time being. After leaving the middle-high risk area for more than 2 1 day, provide a negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, apply to your college, and report back to school according to the arrangement of the school after approval.

6. Students whose "Su Kang Code" is red team or yellow code should apply to their college after the "Su Kang Code" becomes green code, and report back to school according to the arrangement of the school after being approved.

Students should do personal protection on their way to the school residence and strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations. All units of the school strictly control the three hard standards for students to return to school in the autumn semester of the Ministry of Education, and do a good job in preparing for school.

Other arrangements and related requirements for students to report back to school shall be notified to each student by colleges and student affairs departments. If the epidemic situation changes or the higher authorities ask for adjustment, the school will adjust the school plan in time and inform teachers and students.
