Life habits of donkeys:

There are two kinds of Asian wild donkeys: Tibetan wild donkeys, mainly distributed in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau; Central Asian wild donkeys are distributed in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, Mongolian People's Republic, near Lake Baikal of the Soviet Union, Iran and Afghanistan, and are considered extinct in Syria and northern Arabia.

Asian wild donkeys are not typical donkeys. Their ears are shorter than African wild donkeys, their hooves are bigger, and they sing like horses. Generally, the body length is 200 ~ 220 cm and the shoulder height is about 130 cm. Hair in summer is fresh brown and reddish brown, and hair in winter is light gray.

African wild donkeys live in arid areas. Asian wild donkeys are drought-resistant and cold-resistant, and generally inhabit deserts, grassland deserts and grasslands. Tibetan wild donkeys usually haunt the open plateau or hilly basin between mountains at an altitude of 3000 ~ 5 100 meters. Sexually alert, extremely agile, gregarious, and can form a large group of more than 200 in summer.
