Jingdezhen Arbitration Commission was formally established on March 25th, 2006 in accordance with the Arbitration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). As the only civil and commercial arbitration institution in northeast Jiangxi, it will always follow the principle of independent and efficient arbitration, and solve civil and commercial contract disputes and other property rights disputes among citizens, legal persons and other organizations with equal subjects in a fair and timely manner by arbitration.

Jingdezhen Arbitration Commission is a permanent legal service institution established by Jingdezhen Municipal People's Government in 2006 to hear and mediate civil and commercial disputes. In recent years, the Committee has vigorously promoted the arbitration legal system and continuously expanded the arbitration business field, which has made positive contributions to solving economic disputes, resolving social contradictions and promoting harmony and stability.

The arbitration cases accepted by Jingdezhen Arbitration Commission mainly include all kinds of economic contract disputes and property rights disputes between natural persons, legal persons and other organizations with equal subjects, including but not limited to sales contracts, loan contracts, guarantee contracts, partnership disputes, construction project disputes, real estate development disputes, real estate sales disputes, financial leasing disputes, contract disputes, intellectual property contract disputes, technology contract disputes, financial securities disputes, insurance contract disputes and custody disputes.

Article 1 This Law is formulated in order to arbitrate economic disputes fairly and promptly, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties and ensure the healthy development of the socialist market economy.

Article 2 Contract disputes and other disputes over property rights and interests between citizens, legal persons and other organizations as equal subjects may be arbitrated.

Article 3 The following disputes shall not be arbitrated: (1) Disputes over marriage, adoption, guardianship, maintenance and inheritance; (two) administrative disputes that should be handled by administrative organs according to law.
