SMS activation CCB credit card always says that the format is wrong.

After the SMS is activated, it must be sent in strict accordance with the format. One more character or one less character is not enough, especially the validity period. The month/year is printed on the card, but don't enter a slash when you enter it, as long as it is the month/year.

Unable to activate via SMS. There are other ways.

1. Call the customer service hotline on the back of the card and follow the voice prompts to activate and set the password.

2. If you have opened the online banking of CCB and have the online banking shield, you can log in to the online banking activation card and set the password.

3. Bring your card and my ID card to the financial counter of any CCB outlet to activate your credit card.
