Step 1: Open iTunes software and connect your phone to your computer. After the connection is successful, click the small mobile phone icon in the upper left corner of the window, then select "This machine", click the "Back up now" button, and then click "Don't back up the application" in the pop-up window.

Step 5: Open "Louyue SMS Recovery Software", click "File" and "Open SMS Database File", and then select the sms.db file just exported.

Step 6: At this time, all undeleted messages will be displayed on the software interface. At this point, we can click on the file to restore the deleted SMS. After a while, the deleted SMS on Apple's mobile phone will be successfully recovered. We can click on the mobile phone numbers on the left in turn to view them.
