How does Alibaba apply for a refund?

If the goods have not been shipped and have been paid, the method of applying for a refund is as follows:

1) Go to "Ali Assistant"-"Transaction Management"-"I'm the Buyer"-"Goods Already Bought", find the transaction that needs a refund, and click the "Refund" link at the back.

2) Enter the Alipay refund page, fill in the refund information and apply for a refund.

3) Select the goods that have not been received, request a refund, and then click Next.

4) Fill in the refund instruction, enter the payment password of Alipay account, and click "Apply for refund immediately".

5) You can see that the refund status is the refund agreement waiting for the seller to confirm. Check the time reminder at this time: the seller has 5 days to process the refund agreement. If the seller does not "agree to the refund application" or "raise any objection to the application", the refund application will automatically take effect.

6) At this point, the seller will handle the buyer's refund application agreement after discovering this transaction in transaction management. The seller can choose to agree to the buyer's refund application agreement or I will deliver the goods now.

7) If the seller agrees to the buyer's refund application agreement and enters the payment password, the transaction is closed and the money is returned to the buyer.

8) If the seller orders me to deliver the goods now, the refund will be automatically closed. The transaction status is changed to the seller has delivered the goods, waiting for the buyer's confirmation. Buyers can see that the timeout reminder has changed.

9) If the buyer does not receive the goods, please be careful not to go to the point to confirm the receipt. It is possible that the money and goods are empty.
