From 20:00 on April 2, Foshan’s vehicle management business will use a new reservation system. Citizens can make reservations for the city’s public security traffic police vehicle management department services after April 7 (inclusive) through the new system. When applying, fill in the name of the business to be handled, the number of applications, and upload the unit’s business license, power of attorney, trustee’s identity certificate and other information.

The traffic police department of each district arranges dedicated personnel for communication and review every Tuesday and Friday.

How to make an appointment in the new system?

1. Follow "Foshan Government Services" or "Foshan Police and Post Cooperation Service Account" on WeChat, register a personal account and perform real-name authentication;

2. Use "Foshan Government Services" Take an appointment to register a new car as an example. After real-name authentication, enter the "Foshan Government Service" official account, click "Appointment" → "Traffic Police Service";

3. Select the business you want to make an appointment for, enter the complete vehicle identification number, read and process the Relevant materials required for the business and select the appointment method;

4. Upload the car owner’s ID, sales invoice, factory certificate and other image data, and the system will automatically identify and verify;

5. After verifying that the uploaded information and identification results are correct, select the service point for making an appointment, the appointment date and time, and make the appointment after confirmation;

6. After a successful appointment, the system will prompt a confirmation message and push Send the information to my WeChat and mobile phone.

Reservation rules

1. At 8:00 pm on every working day, the reservation number for the latest working day will be released;

2. Users with real-name authentication, No more than 3 services can be reserved per day; for reservations for the same day, the inspection and non-inspection services are limited to 1 each;

3. For reservations for inspection services and the car owner is an individual, the daily limit is 1; If the car owner is an organization, the number of reservations that can be made is not limited;

4. For reservations for non-inspection services, the actual applicant (car owner or driver) is limited to 1 per day; if the car owner is an organization, the number of reservations that can be made Unrestricted;

5. If the reserved business has not been processed, re-booking for the same car or the same driver's license is not allowed;

6. Cancellation of the reservation must be made 3 hours in advance Carry out cancellation operations; those who fail to make appointments three times in a year will be blacklisted this year and are not allowed to make reservations.

Warm reminder

1. Whether the appointment is valid shall be subject to the system confirmation information received by the mobile phone; if you are unable to go to the service on time, you must cancel the appointment 3 hours in advance;

2. If the scheduled business requires vehicle inspection, you should arrive at the business processing point half an hour in advance to sign in and wait for vehicle inspection; if you fail to arrive after the specified time, the person who made the appointment (the operator with real-name authentication) will be treated as a no-show;

3. If the scheduled business does not require vehicle inspection, you should sign in at the business hall 15 minutes in advance to get the number;

4. The real-name reservation system is used. The person making the reservation must truthfully provide the reservation information, otherwise the reservation will be invalid. ; If the business cannot be processed due to personal reasons, a new appointment must be made;

5. Real-name authentication only supports mainland resident ID cards for the time being. In the future, real-name authentication for military officer IDs and relevant documents of overseas personnel will be improved.
