Why is smoking forbidden in shopping malls?

Government departments prohibit smoking in shopping malls because:

1. Shopping malls belong to public places, and smoking will harm people. In order to protect people's health, advocate social morality and reduce the harm caused by smoking, smoking must be banned;

2. The decoration materials of shopping malls are mostly plates, and smoking is easy to cause fire. In order to avoid fire, smoking must be banned.
