Why can't mobile banking receive the transaction code of China Bank?

Please check whether you have kept my mobile phone number correctly first. You can call the customer service telephone number of China Bank at 95566 for manual service. After checking your identity, the agent will check your mobile phone number kept in BNMS.

1. If it is confirmed that the mobile phone number in the system is not the customer's own mobile phone number or 1 1 digit, the customer is advised to make changes at the counter with the valid identification of the card/discount and card issuing/discount of the online banking related account.

2. If you confirm that the mobile phone number in the system is correct. Please confirm that the receiving mobile phone can be used normally and the signal of the local operator is normal. If you can't receive the transaction code normally, it is recommended to check whether the mobile phone is equipped with software to intercept short messages, or try to restart the mobile phone after turning it off.
