There is no charge for old SMS notifications; SMS notification of the new version of 3 yuan/Month/Card is free 3 months before the first opening (including the opening month). Customers with sunflower level and above (reduced or exempted by customer number), pension account, subsistence allowance account, medical insurance account and unemployment insurance account will be notified by SMS free of charge.

One card has no annual fee and no production fee.
