You need to confirm whether your mobile phone settings have enabled the settings that allow notifications from Little Genius APP.

To make a video call with a friend using little genius phone watch:

1. First, open the little genius app on your mobile phone and click more on the home page.

2. Then, in more interfaces, click Application Management.

3. Next, click Apply Disable Option.

4. Finally, clicking on the friend video will allow the watch to be opened with a switch.
