Official website usually has the contact information of the filing court, so you can call the filing court for consultation. The reply types are as follows: if it is approved, the party concerned will receive the link by SMS, sign the case acceptance notice, risk warning, payment notice and delivery receipt within 3 days, and pay the legal fee within 7 days; Need to be corrected, according to the SMS prompt reply information to correct the filing materials, and resubmit. If in doubt, you can call the case review judge for consultation; Return, which is applicable to cases that are not under the jurisdiction of our hospital, shall be subject to the SMS prompt.

The filing court shall check and review the application materials filed by the parties and the materials submitted online. If the materials are consistent with the materials submitted online after review, the filing formalities shall be completed within one working day, and the parties applying for online pre-filing shall go through the formal filing formalities at the filing court within seven days.
