The Unicom mobile phone card used in Nokia 5320 is now unable to receive and send text messages.

If you cannot send and receive text messages, you can try to restart or change your phone for testing, and check whether the following conditions exist:

1. The SMS center number is set incorrectly;

2. No signal;

3. The mobile phone has blocked the SMS sending function;

4. The number balance is insufficient;

5. SMS receipt The box and delivery box are full.

If the problem remains unresolved after ruling out the above, it is recommended that you contact customer service at your home location.
