1. Graduation application time

2. Preliminary work for graduation

(1) Procedures for transfer, exemption, and examination registration information correction

Candidates applying for graduation in the second half of the year must Complete the procedures for exam transfer, exam exemption, and exam registration information correction (including ID number upgrade) before November 1. Those who exceed the deadline will not be able to participate in the graduation procedures for this batch.

(2) Register information related to prerequisite academic qualifications

Candidates applying for undergraduate graduation in the second half of the year must log in to the system before December 1 to register prerequisite academic qualifications information. Only those who pass the provincial examination office can apply for undergraduate graduation.

Candidates can choose one of the following academic qualification certification methods to register based on their actual situation: 1. "Ministry of Education Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Form" issued by Xuexin.com; 2. National higher education student information "China Higher Education Qualification Certification Report" issued by the Consulting and Employment Guidance Center; 3. "Foreign Academic Degree Certification" issued by the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Service Center; 4. 3. Graduation Processing Steps

Candidates log in to the Guangdong Provincial Self-study Examination Management System (website: selfec/) → Candidate entrance → Enter the admission ticket number, password, and verification code to log in → Basic information Maintenance→Graduation Management→Graduation Application→Preliminary Review Location→Submit Graduation Application→Print Graduate Registration Form→Submit graduation materials on-site.

(1) Confirmation information

Before applying for graduation registration, candidates must log in to the system to confirm their name, gender, ID number, electronic photo, and scores in each subject, as mentioned above. Only after the data is accurate can you apply for graduation registration.

(2) Apply online and print the "Graduate Registration Form"

After logging into the system and successfully submitting the graduation application, candidates must print the "Guangdong Province Higher Education Self-Study Examination Graduation" through the system. "Graduate Registration Form" (hereinafter referred to as "Graduate Registration Form"), and carefully check the relevant information on the front of the "Graduate Registration Form" and truthfully fill in the relevant content on the back; at the same time, submit the form to the relevant unit to fill in the candidate's ideological and moral performance and stamp. (3) Submission of materials

1. Original ID card (relevant originals will be returned after verification, the same below) and copies of the front and back sides.

2. Please select "Non-Public College" as the type of "Graduate Registration Form". 2. Candidates applying for graduation from the electrical automation technology major (junior college) must provide a senior professional qualification certificate for electrical work and a senior technical school graduation certificate.

3. Candidates applying for graduation in pharmacy (undergraduate) must provide a valid health practice certificate (note: the word "practice" must be on the certificate).

4. IV. Other matters needing attention

(1) In view of the current epidemic prevention and control situation, candidates who register for self-study graduation in our city must strictly abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control. (3) The time to receive your diploma is expected to be at the end of April 2022. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, self-study diplomas are only issued once and will not be replaced if lost.
