The steps to query the telecom call records through the telecom online business hall are as follows:

1. First, open a browser, enter the online business hall of China Telecom and search, then click to enter the online business hall of China Telecom and log in your own telecom mobile phone number.

2. After logging in, enter the personal center, and the business navigation is on the left. Click on the call message list to query.

3. Then get the corresponding verification code to query the call record according to the prompt, as shown in the figure.
