Paragraph 3 of Article 55 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that minors under the age of 12 are not allowed to ride in the back seat of motorcycles, and mopeds are not allowed to carry people.

Driving a bicycle, an electric bicycle or a tricycle across a motorway on a road section shall be carried out by getting off. If there is a crosswalk or crossing facilities, it shall pass through the crosswalk or crossing facilities; If there is no crosswalk, crosswalk facilities or it is inconvenient to use crosswalk facilities, go straight through after confirming safety.

Non-motor vehicles that can't drive in this lane due to the occupation of non-motor vehicle lanes can borrow adjacent motor vehicle lanes in blocked sections and quickly drive back to non-motor vehicle lanes after passing through the occupied sections. Non motor vehicle loading shall comply with the following provisions:

1, bicycles, electric bicycles and motorized wheelchairs for the disabled, the height from the ground shall not exceed1.5m, the width shall not exceed 0.15m of the handlebar, the front end of the length shall not exceed the wheels, and the rear end shall not exceed 0.3m of the body;

2. The height of tricycles and rickshaws from the ground shall not exceed 2m, the width shall not exceed 0.2m respectively, and the length shall not exceed1m;
