Reflections on shadows and pillars

I was very lucky to participate in the training research project of substitute full-time trainers in the 20 17 national training plan. Through investigation and study, I feel that I have benefited a lot, gained a lot, updated my concept and broadened my horizons. Especially in the "shadow practice" stage, I was impressed and gained a lot.

Because in shadow on-the-job learning, what we hear is more real normal classes, neither too embellished nor too fancy. This kind of class makes me feel simple and natural, follows the laws of students' physical and mental development and learning characteristics, and is very conducive to the healthy development of children's abilities and good personality.

In Xinxiang New District Primary School, eight of our teachers were warmly received by the school. In line with the principle of "active participation, active integration, learning with an open mind and paying attention to communication", we should observe, study and reflect carefully and insist on writing down what we learned that day every day.

The newly-built primary school and unique teaching building are more vibrant under the embellishment of shy flowers, forming a beautiful scenery of man-made and nature. How pleasant it is to study and work in this picturesque environment!

? In the corridor of the campus, you can see all kinds of slogans when you look up, without rhetoric, only warm tips; There is no on-site preaching, only rendering edification. These simple sentences and pleasant environment remind you, encourage you and lead you all the time. What's important about campus culture is the distinctive spiritual outlook emanating from teachers and students, which is a quality that permeates into the bones.

Teacher Xu Yuhua's class taught me how to cultivate children's accumulation. A good memory is better than a bad writing. Annotation is a good accumulation! Teacher Wang told me to pay attention to literacy teaching. She completely trusts her students and lets them read by themselves, help each other and learn. In the interaction between teachers and students, students experience the joy of learning. In teacher Zhao Yan's class, I learned the artistic beauty of classroom language. I really admire Mr. Zhao's skillful reading guidance and strong adaptability! I deeply realize that the teacher's classroom language is an art.

Although the shadow follow-up is over, I have seen many teachers' bright spots and found my own shortcomings, and I feel like a frog in the well. But this practice made me understand the goal of future progress and apply what I have learned. I will digest what I have learned here as soon as possible and apply it to the process of education and teaching as soon as possible. I will study hard my colleagues' learning attitude, knowledge-seeking spirit and auxiliary ability, strengthen my study, and apply the results of shadow post study to my own teaching!
