3. Matters needing attention when disassembling the elevator:

1 All connecting bolts must be tightened with lock nuts.

Demolition items piled in the car (parts removed from the elevator) are strictly prohibited from being overweight.

4. Construction personnel must wear safety helmets. (If necessary, seat belts, gas masks, insulating rubber shoes, etc. ).

4. Demolition of the elevator construction procedures:

1. Do a good job in the safety protection inspection of demolition, debug the brakes, check whether the wire rope is aging and whether the screws in key parts are loose.

2. Lift the car to the top floor, cut off the current, and insure the additional pulley.

3. The construction personnel shall stand on the top of the car, and dismantle the main and auxiliary tracks and hall doors of each floor from top to bottom (each hall door must be blocked, and notices and slogans shall be posted. Party A is responsible for the materials).

4 The elevator parts and hall doors removed from each floor are put in boxes (each floor is coordinated by the construction personnel).

6. After the shaft is dismantled, safety measures shall be taken with additional wire ropes. Use the pulley principle to slowly lower the counterweight (both counterweight and counterweight are in the pit at this time).

8 Dismantle the equipment in the machine room, such as motors, tractors, heavy equipment, etc., for handling.
