A driver who holds a driver's license other than that specified in the third paragraph shall be equally responsible for the death caused by traffic accidents, and his motor vehicle driver's license has not been revoked, and shall go to the traffic management department of the public security organ for verification within 30 days after the end of this scoring cycle.

Motor vehicle drivers over the age of 70 who are seriously injured or killed due to traffic accidents shall go to the traffic management department of the public security organ for verification within 30 days after the end of this scoring cycle.

Motor vehicle drivers can participate in verification and submit proof of physical condition at or outside the place where motor vehicle driver's license is issued.
