The opening ceremony of Feidong One-Star Dream Teacher Training started with the speeches of four children. Four students, Zhang Wei, Xu Chunlin, Lu Yue and Wang Ya from Baocuiyuan Branch of Hefei No.45 Middle School, shared their experiences in the just-concluded summer camp of International Understanding. During the 11-day fantasy journey in Shanghai, Suzhou and Anji, Fei Dongwa learned from children from all over the country and the world, broadening their horizons, increasing their confidence and gaining a lot.

As the saying goes, the principal is the CEO of a school. The dream course is not only based on the enthusiasm and efforts of teachers, but also on the support of the principal and the school management system. At the suggestion of Wu Youbang, deputy director of the Education Bureau of Feidong County, Director Hu Bin asked Li Yanyan, the regional manager, to organize special training, visits and training for 21 dream principals in Feidong in the autumn semester to attend the Zhuhai Education Expo in November this year.

The logistics support of this training is undertaken by Feidong Teacher Training Center, and the lecturer team is led by Mr. Yuan Meifu from Huzhu County, Qinghai Province. He has participated in the coaching program four times as a lecturer and leader. Most of the dream coaches in the team come from the first-line teaching elites in Sichuan, Jiangsu, Hubei and other provinces, and have participated in the dream coach program many times. The Dream Coach Program is a rural teacher training program that has been in operation for 1 years.
