4. Publicity: Mainly responsible for publicizing the Love Warm Winter event so that everyone in Huaxin College knows it.

5. Financial management is mainly responsible for managing and delivering the materials raised and all finances of the association in this activity.

6. Order organization and supervision are mainly responsible for organizing and arranging the specific content and related matters of activities, and supervising the heads, deputy departments and personnel on duty of each department.

7. Activity content

The activity can be divided into three stages: publicity stage, recruitment stage, and output stage. The publicity phase and the fundraising phase are conducted at the same time, and the fundraising phase lasts for one week (subject to change depending on the situation).

1. Publicity stage

(1) Promote the film by putting up posters, banners, and playing relevant film materials.

(2) Use exhibition boards to post photos related to the event and photos of this event in previous years to promote it.

(3) Use the power of various fraternal societies to carry out propaganda within their societies.
