Home phone service prison: prisoners can register 5 phone numbers as home phone numbers (including no more than 3 mobile phones), and the registration scope is for their relatives and guardians.

Measures for the administration of home telephone service prisons:

1. When applying for telephone number registration, criminals should fill in the Application Form for Home Telephone Registration (Change);

2. After specially trained police audit, and get the approval of the prison;

3, need to change the phone number, should be audited by the prison special police, reported to the prison administration for approval.

The prison home telephone system is managed independently by the prison system. Prison administrators can assign a family card number to each prisoner, and the family card number is bound to a specific family number. Prisoners can only communicate with specific family phone numbers, which eliminates the interference of unstable factors.

Prison family telephone dialing management system is a computer automatic recording control system with high combination of communication technology and computer control technology. The main function of the system is to control the outgoing calls of prisoners through computer software and hardware, and the calls of relatives of non-prisoners cannot be dialed. The whole process of making a call is monitored by the police, and the computer is controlled to record it in real time, which is convenient for inquiry and playback.
