"6" Qixingpo Landslide in Yanping Village, Huangjiaba Town, Meitan County, Guizhou Province

1 General situation of landslide

Qixingpo Formation in Yanping Village, Huangjiaba Town, Meitan County, Guizhou Province is located in the west direction of Meitan County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, with a linear distance of about 14km from the county seat, with geographical coordinates of 17 23' 1.5 "east longitude and 27 45' 41.2" north latitude. From the night of June 17th to the early morning of 18th, 211, a torrential rain broke out in Meitan County. At 1: 5am, a landslide occurred in Qixingpo Formation, Yanping Village, Huangjiaba Town. The landslide body is in the shape of a round-backed chair, with the overall sliding direction of 295, the width of 3m, the length of 25m and the volume of 3,m3, belonging to a medium-sized bedding rock landslide. The tensile crack at the trailing edge is obvious, with a strike of 25, a length of 2m, a width of 2 ～5cm and a visible depth of . 3-2 m.. The landslide directly caused 35 houses in 5 buildings to be destroyed, 28 people were homeless, more than 3 mu of cultivated land was destroyed, and several livestock were used, resulting in a direct economic loss of 2.5 million yuan. Due to the timely transfer of villagers, no casualties were caused.

according to the preliminary comprehensive analysis of the structure, shape and deformation characteristics of the landslide soil, there is a great possibility of secondary sliding in the landslide area, the surrounding ground is cracked seriously, the houses are cracked, and the adjacent areas are more likely to slide, which threatens the lives and property of 247 houses of 38 households and 17 people nearby, with a potential economic loss of 8 million yuan. The disaster and danger are medium.

the landslide area belongs to the landform of eroded valleys in Zhongshan, with developed valleys. It is located in the northwest wing of Baotai fault, and it is a NE-trending structural deformation area of Meitan fault arch in Tailong Zunyi, northern Guizhou, with complex geological structure. The stratum is Meitan Formation of Lower Ordovician, and the lithology is clastic rock mainly composed of shale, which has weak weathering resistance and is easy to be weathered and broken, with developed vegetation and geological disasters in the area. Triggered by heavy rain, the Qixingpo landslide occurred.

2 monitoring and emergency avoidance

Meitan County attaches great importance to the daily inspection and monitoring of geological disasters. Qixingpo landslide is not a hidden danger point of geological disaster monitoring, and no abnormality was found during the daily inspection. Meitan County vigorously carried out the construction of "Ten Counties" for geological disaster prevention and control and the "Five in Place" for township geological disaster prevention and control, publicized and popularized the knowledge of geological disaster recognition, prevention and mitigation, and raised the vigilance of the masses. When the Qixingpo landslide was deformed and destroyed, the villagers recognized the signs of landslide according to the common sense of geological disasters, found the danger and reported it to the higher authorities in time, actively organized self-help and evacuated the dangerous area in time, thus causing no casualties.

2. 2 Emergency treatment

After the disaster, the village committee and the town people's government reported to the higher authorities in time. After receiving the report, the county land and resources bureau and the town land and resources bureau immediately sent special personnel to the scene to evacuate the people threatened by landslides, delimit the landslide danger zone and set up warning signs and warning lines.

3 Experience and Enlightenment

The success of this emergency avoidance benefited from the publicity and education work of "National Rural Geological Disaster Prevention and Control Knowledge Training Action", "Ten Counties for Geological Disaster Group Monitoring and Prevention" and "Five Places for Geological Disaster Prevention and Control" carried out throughout the county, which publicized and popularized the knowledge of geological disaster knowledge, prevention and mitigation, improved the people's ability to know and prevent disasters, and improved their abilities.
