Suggestions on the Development Direction of Student Union

The new student union has been established and will soon enter the operational state. I want to give my views and suggestions on how to deal with the new challenges brought by the new semester and how to overcome the shortcomings in my previous work.

End superiority

There is a general sense of superiority among students' union members, and the breeding of this kind of thought should be put an end to in future work.

Implement administrative power

To implement the executive power of the Student Union from top to bottom, it is necessary to modify the existing system, strictly implement those that can be executed, modify or even abolish those that cannot be executed, and not to shelve the written system of the Student Union.

Correct guidance

The more important task of student union members is to give correct guidance to students' life and study. However, there are still some unhealthy phenomena in schools, such as playing truant, living in luxury, spending the night in internet cafes and so on. For this phenomenon, student union cadres should help this group of students to get rid of their bad habits with the aim of "only guiding, not catering" and not "colluding with others".

Humanized service

In the work of the new semester, some work plans for "humanized service" for the majority of students have been launched, such as providing books and newspapers columns, pure water supply points for famous students together with the student union, and posting the slogan of the student union in a prominent position. This way can help the students from a small place, so that everyone can feel the purpose of "serving you wholeheartedly" of the Student Union.
