On the Case of English Titles

1. The first word and the last word of the topic should be capitalized;

2. Articles do not need to be capitalized;

3. Capitalize general notional words (nouns, verbs, pronouns, adjectives and adverbs) and function words (prepositions, articles and conjunctions).

And infinitives.
