Liaoning's new regulations on tricycles are that unregistered electric vehicles and unlicensed electric vehicles are not allowed to go on the road from August 1 day.

According to the notice issued by Jinzhou City, the registration of non-standard electric bicycles will end on July 3, 2023, and the registration of non-standard electric bicycles will stop on August 3, 2023. Vehicles that are not registered are not allowed to drive on the road, and registered vehicles can be used until July 3, 20261.

Two types of vehicles face penalties on the road: the first type is unregistered electric vehicles. Whether it is a national standard car or a non-standard car, driving on the road without registration will be punished according to law; The second category is vehicles that have been registered for the record, but have no number plates. It will also face a road fine.

Because there are too many illegal electric three-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles on the market, these models do not have the qualification to be licensed and have no right of way. In order to facilitate car owners' travel, Fuzhou started the filing and numbering of illegal electric three-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, released the right of way and allowed such vehicles to legally drive on the road. On the road with normal registration number, the traffic police did not punish or deduct points, and took humanized management measures.
