According to the website of the Ministry of Education, recently, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued "Several Opinions on Reducing the Burden of Primary and Secondary School Teachers and Further Creating a Good Education and Teaching Environment." Reduce the burden on primary and secondary school teachers and improve the quality and efficiency of education.

The main contents of the document to reduce the burden on primary and secondary school teachers:

The document includes 20 items in six aspects, which can be divided into 3 parts: First, improve ideological understanding, including 1 and 2 , 3 items. It expounds the important significance, analyzes the main issues, puts forward overall requirements, emphasizes focusing on teachers' main responsibilities and main tasks, resolutely opposes bureaucracy and formalism, and frees primary and secondary school teachers from some unnecessary matters. The second is to clarify the content and main measures of burden reduction, including Articles 4 to 17. The main tasks, responsible entities and key measures for reducing burdens were clarified from four aspects: coordinating and standardizing supervision, inspection and evaluation matters, bringing social affairs to campus, filling out relevant reports, and transferring and borrowing teachers from primary and secondary schools. The third is to strengthen organization and implementation, including Articles 18, 19, and 20. The implementation work requirements are clarified from three aspects: strengthening organizational leadership, strengthening supervision, and strengthening guidance.
