The leaders of the brigade should firmly establish the concept of "double chiefs", and the military and political chiefs of the squadron should be responsible for the work of the squadron. The military and political leaders of the squadron should strengthen the overall concept and coordination consciousness, and prevent and overcome the phenomenon that the division of labor is divided and the division of labor is distracted.
