What does labor mean?

Laborers refer to employees who have no local permanent residence and are recruited by employers through labor intermediary companies or other channels. Workers are not formal employees of the enterprise, but employees of the labor dispatch company who work in the employer through dispatch, and in principle belong to the employees of the labor dispatch company. Workers who sign contracts with labor dispatch companies can enjoy the same treatment as contract employees.

Labor dispatch is a form of employment in which labor dispatch agencies conclude labor contracts with dispatched workers, and the workers are dispatched to other employing units, and then the employing units pay service fees to the dispatching agencies, which is conducive to reducing the employment costs of the dispatched units.
