According to Article 19 of the Regulations on the Management of Electric Bicycles in Zhejiang Province, non-standard electric bicycles that have been registered for seven years are not allowed to drive on the road. Non-standard electric bicycles with a service life of less than seven years will not be allowed to drive on the road from 1 and from 2023.

Specifically, it is a non-standard electric bicycle with a black anti-theft registration number plate (kF+5 digits) on a yellow background or a scarlet letter (Lishui F+5 digits) on a white background as shown in the figure below.

Electric vehicles are divided into two categories: electric bicycles and electric motorcycles. Electric bicycle refers to a non-motor vehicle with pedals and a speed limit of 25 kilometers. It can drive on the road without a driver's license.

Electric motorcycles are also divided into electric mopeds and ordinary electric motorcycles. Electric mopeds have a speed of more than 25 kilometers per hour and less than 50 kilometers per hour, and ordinary electric motorcycles have a speed of more than 50 kilometers per hour.
