The four books on Party building refer to the basic knowledge of the Party, the regulations on disciplinary action, party constitution and the Constitution, and an introduction to Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theoretical system. The Six Frames refers to the construction of the "Six Ones" routine system, namely, the system of one post and two responsibilities, the system of one task and one assessment, the system of weekly discussion and the system of 1 month 1 day party class teaching. These are the basic contents of strengthening party member's education, standardizing party member's behavior and consolidating grass-roots Party building.
