The project department organizes the specific implementation of the "Three Creations and One Office" work by the project leader.

(4) Supervision units

The construction bureaus of each district (city, county) are responsible for the inspection of the "three creations and one handling" of construction projects within their respective administrative regions in accordance with the principle of territorial management. 5. Work standards

(5) Noise and dust control

During night construction, measures must be taken to prevent noise and nuisance to residents, the construction sequence and operation time must be reasonably organized, and the construction period shall be specified in accordance with regulations to prevent overtime operations from causing noise nuisance to residents. .

Dust prevention measures must be taken during earthwork and demolition construction operations.

(6) Toilet Management

Toilets at the construction site should be water flush, with squatting positions separated by partitions; toilets should be paved with ceramic tiles. (6) Canteen Management

7. Work measures and information submission

For newly started projects, the construction bureaus and municipal regulatory agencies of various districts (cities and counties) must strictly review the start of construction. (2) Strengthen daily inspections and special inspections.
