1. Pets are cute but also troublesome, so think twice before raising them;

2. Cooperate with the department’s strong management and do not take it easy to register ferocious dogs;

5. Do not go to places where pets are prohibited, and avoid the elderly, weak, sick, pregnant and disabled;

The purpose of this convention is: on the one hand, it allows the majority of dog owners to exist reasonably and allows dogs to have a safe living space; On the one hand, it allows the city to have a smart and humanistic connotation, while also respecting and taking seriously the rights and reasonable needs of people who do not own dogs. For the safety and health of others, ensure that the surrounding community environment is quiet and clean, prevent vicious dogs from scaring pedestrians, biting people, and dogs defecating everywhere, and develop the habit of raising dogs in a civilized manner. Strengthen the correct understanding of rabies and Toxoplasma gondii, the disposal of dog feces, and strengthen awareness of environmental protection. Self-discipline, strive to be a qualified pet owner, and do not let your hobbies affect the normal lives of others. Create a green home where humans and dogs can live in harmony and enjoy nature. The following conventions are specially formulated:

1. Regularly inject relevant vaccines and conduct routine physical examinations for dogs every year; dogs and pets without vaccinations are not allowed to be traded;

2. Walking dogs outside Please use a leash. Large aggressive dogs use muzzles. Avoid close contact (one to two meters) with children, the elderly, pregnant women and other people;

3. Do not let dogs defecate on lawns, roads or other public areas. If you defecate in a public area, dog owners are asked to clean up the dog's feces promptly and dispose of it properly (such as wrapping it properly in newspapers or plastic bags and placing it in a trash can);

In order to build a healthy, civilized, people-oriented community culture in this community, create a harmonious humanistic environment in the community, and regulate dog-raising behavior in the community, in accordance with the "Beijing Dog-Raising Management According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Dog Breeding in Beijing", combined with the actual situation of this community, the civilized dog breeding convention has been formulated in accordance with the law on the management of dog breeding in this community as follows:

1. Consciously abide by the "Beijing Dog Breeding Management Regulations" and do not raise dogs For large dogs and ferocious dogs, one household should not keep multiple dogs. They should consciously apply for dog registration certificates for the dogs, and regularly inject the dogs with rabies vaccinations.

2. When taking a dog out of the house, the dog should be on a leash (the length of the dog leash should not exceed 1.5 meters) and should be led by an adult. At the same time, carry your dog registration certificate and try to avoid close (1 to 2 meters) contact with the elderly, disabled people, pregnant women, children, etc.

3. When taking your dog out of the house, you must prepare tools to clean up dog feces, promptly and properly dispose of dog feces outdoors, and maintain community environmental hygiene.

4. When taking your dog out of the house, do not bring your dog into areas where dogs are prohibited and public places with dense crowds such as restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, theaters, buses, etc.

5. Treat disputes caused by dogs with a positive and cooperative attitude, take the initiative to take responsibility, negotiate and resolve relevant matters peacefully and amicably, and resolve conflicts.

6. After a dog hurts another person, the dog owner should take the initiative to apologize, immediately send the injured person to a medical institution for treatment, and pay the medical expenses in advance.

7. When taking a dog in an elevator, you should avoid the peak hours of the elevator and wear a muzzle for the dog, or put the dog in a dog bag or a dog cage. If you are afraid of dogs, be polite. Exit and wait for the next elevator.

8. We must maintain good neighborliness and take effective measures to stop dogs from barking, so as to prevent barking dogs from disturbing people and interfering with the normal lives of others.

9. Treat dogs well, provide them with necessary upbringing, care, training and medical conditions, and do not abuse or abandon dogs. If you really need to give up your dog for some reason, you should transfer the dog to a person who meets the breeding conditions and go through the transfer procedures in a timely manner, or send it to the public security agency and go through the cancellation procedures.

10. Actively respond to the government’s call and cooperate with relevant departments to manage dog breeding.
