New regulations on traffic regulations in 2022

( 2) 6 points will be deducted for speeding 20-50 mph;

(3) 12 points will be deducted for speeding 50 mph or more.

2. The penalty for blocking the license plate has also been adjusted. Previously, those who blocked the license plate or did not hang the motor vehicle license plate according to regulations were deducted 12 points at a time. In the new traffic regulations, those who blocked the license plate will be deducted 12 points at a time. 9 points;

3. If the vehicle you drive does not match the vehicle you are allowed to drive, the original deduction of 12 points will be adjusted to 6 points;

4. The vehicle you drive does not install the machine in accordance with the regulations. If the motor vehicle has a license plate and is on the road, the original deduction of 12 points will be adjusted to a deduction of 9 points;

II. Legal Basis

Article 9 of the "Measures for the Administration of Points for Road Traffic Safety Violations" If a motor vehicle driver commits one of the following traffic violations, he will be deducted 9 points at a time:
