Requirements for entering the hospital

When entering the hospital, please actively show your health code/travel code at the entrance, cooperate with medical staff to take your temperature, and wear it correctly throughout the process Wear a mask and keep a safe distance. If you have problems such as using an elderly machine or not having a mobile phone, please register your personal situation as required. If you have the following circumstances, please take the initiative to inform medical staff:

1. The body temperature is higher than 37.3℃. 2. Those with respiratory tract, diarrhea and other related symptoms. 3. Persons coming from medium- and high-risk areas and who have been in contact with COVID-19 patients or their close contacts within 14 days should cooperate with doctors in conducting epidemiological and medical history investigations, and truthfully state their medical history and activity trajectory.

Outpatient management

1. Make appointments for medical treatment. Please make an appointment through mobile phone self-service registration, self-service machine registration, etc. before seeing a doctor, and arrive at the treatment area according to the appointment time to prevent gathering and reduce waiting time. 2. When seeking medical treatment, please consciously cooperate with the hospital in implementing the requirement of “one doctor, one patient, one room”. If there are special needs, a family member will accompany you into the clinic. 3. Please consciously keep your distance from others while waiting for treatment, collecting medicines, paying bills, and going through admission and admission procedures. 4. The inpatient ward does not accept outpatients.

Ward management

1. During the epidemic prevention and control period, the ward is under closed management and strictly implements 24-hour access control. Visitors are declined to avoid gatherings of people. It is encouraged to use telephone, WeChat, video and other methods to visit patients. 2. Hospitalized patients do not need to be accompanied unless necessary. If they really need to be accompanied, each patient is only allowed one accompanying person and it is fixed. They are not allowed to enter or leave the ward at will, and the travel route and scope of activities are strictly restricted. Accompanying personnel must be in good health, have no history of traveling to medium- and high-risk areas, and have no infectious diseases or mental illness. They must have a negative nucleic acid test report before entering the ward. 3. All inpatients and accompanying personnel must undergo nucleic acid testing and cooperate with staff to register identity information for traceability. 4. When entering the inpatient ward, the patient wears a wristband, and the escort wears a companion card and carries an ID card. Wristbands and accompanying badges are issued by the ward and are reserved for dedicated personnel only and will be collected when discharged. 5. Patients and accompanying staff are not allowed to visit patients in other wards. Please wear a mask regularly, wash your hands frequently, take personal protection, and cooperate with body temperature screening. 6. Do not spit anywhere and maintain public hygiene.
