It is a means for citizens to repair the information recorded in credit information through legal compliance. (II) Ways to repair credit information At present, there are three main ways to repair bad credit information records caused by non-malicious overdue behavior in China: First, the information subject enjoys the right to repair wrong or missing information. Article 25 of the Regulations on the Administration of Credit Information Industry stipulates that "if the information subject thinks that the information collected, saved and provided by the credit information agency is wrong or omitted, it has the right to raise an objection to the credit information agency or the information provider and ask for correction."
