Several key points in the construction of ground grinding machine

1, according to the construction technology, select the appropriate grinding plate and install it.

2. Step on the protruding pry bar with your left foot or right foot, and one person can easily pry the 270kg machine and gently level the grinder;

3. Adjust the operating handle to a proper position;

4. Add a proper amount of water to the water tank. If dry grinding is selected, there is no need to drain water, and it is equipped with a dust suction device;

5. Install the protective cover;

6. Check that the machine switch must be in the "off" position, connect the power cord correctly, insert the plug into the socket of the fuselage, and the red indicator light will be on after the power supply is connected;

7. Turn on the water switch, put an appropriate amount of water, and start the grinder after about 5 seconds (positive/negative switch, please pay attention to the speed control knob switch should be no less than the third gear when starting, and it can be adjusted at will after starting), and then polish the whole (up, down, left and right) into a "#" shape to ensure the overall flatness, avoid refraction, and check while grinding until it is smooth;

8. When wet grinding, use a water suction machine to suck out sewage, and when dry grinding, use a vacuum cleaner to suck out ground dust. Check the floor level;

9. Replace the grinding plate of the floor and grind it into a "#" shape as a whole (up and down, left and right). Each grinding is about 20cm away from the previous grinding, and it is not allowed to jump off the grinding;
