After the end of the centralized insurance period, the dynamically adjusted poor people, orphans, the minimum living guarantee objects for urban and rural residents, the monitoring objects identified by the rural revitalization department (unstable poor households, marginal poor households and sudden severe poor households), policy poor people, poor people returning to poverty, first-class and second-class disabled people, newborns born in the same year, and employees who participated in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents within 3 months after the interruption of medical insurance payment can participate in the insurance according to the payment standard during the centralized insurance period, and there is no waiting for treatment.
